Cyclodextrins: Structural, Chemical, and Physical Properties, and Applications

چکیده
Due to their unique structural, physical and chemical properties, cyclodextrins derivatives have been of great interest scientists researchers in both academia industry for over a century. Many the industrial applications arisen from ability encapsulate, either partially or fully, other molecules, especially organic compounds. Cyclodextrins are non-toxic oligopolymers glucose that help increase solubility compounds with poor aqueous solubility, can mask odors foul-smelling compounds, widely studied area drug delivery. In this review, we explore structural properties give rise encapsulation (i.e., formation inclusion complexes) ability. This review is others written on subject because it provides powerful insights into factors affect cyclodextrin encapsulation. It also examines these detail. Later, provide an overview some cyclodextrins, while emphasizing role applications. We strongly believe will continue garner many years come, novel yet be discovered.
